https://cryptobriefing.com/savvy-wealth-raises-100m-series-c/The new prime minister has declared he wants to end 40 years of neoliberalism. But is he really prepared to be that radical? In May 2025, when Keir Starmer was still prime minister, Labour politicians, campaigners and journalists gathered at the Ministry of Sound in London to watch a series of panel talks and presentations illuminated by the lucid glow of club lights. The day-long event was organised by a campaign group called Compass, and the subjects included child poverty, the Murdoch-owned media and the rise of the radical right. “We felt as though the Labour government was failing, and needed to be pulled into the 21st century,” Neal Lawson, the founder of Compass, told me. The Starmer government’s support for the Conservatives’ two-child benefit cap, its equivocating stance on Gaza and its emulation of far-right rhetoric – crystallised in a speech on immigration, during which the prime minister suggested Britain risked becoming an “ island of strangers ” – were causing Labour supporters to rapidly desert their party.

Edit: There are many criticisms to this analysis. I will try to address most of them here. I am glad that ppl are sceptical and I urge you to disprove these numbers because they are just insane.
1. The analysis is only married couples adjusted, not couple adjusted in general: Yes that is true, not every couple holds one account but to stay conservative we can use 19% couples, 51.4% married couples and the rest singles. The resulting number is **69.476.000 shares**. 10mm less but still insane!
2. There must be a huge bias because not everyone is on the internet and answers polls like this: Almost every single person younger than 65 years old uses the internet. Google is truly amazingly capable of reaching most of these users through ads on videos, if one downloads apps or reads articles. Furthermore I would argue that tech savvy people use ad blockers and can't be reached far more likely than the generation of my parents. Check out this link for more information:[ https://www.destatis.de/DE/Themen/Gesellschaft-Umwelt/Einkommen-Konsum-Lebensbedingungen/\_Grafik/\_Interaktiv/it-nutzung-alter.html](https://www.destatis.de/DE/Themen/Gesellschaft-Umwelt/Einkommen-Konsum-Lebensbedingungen/_Grafik/_Interaktiv/it-nutzung-alter.html)
3. The data is not reliable, because it is google survey and people just click randomly and don't really answer questions: Yes it is possible that online surveys and surveys in general are flawed instruments. Yes there will always be and error in the data. But in general there is a scientific understandment, that surveys conducted like this have some value and can be used scientifically. Check out the FAQ to google survey to find out more about their approach so that you don't have to trust me here [https://support.google.com/surveys/answer/2753080?hl=en#zippy=%2Cin-this-article](https://support.google.com/surveys/answer/2753080?hl=en#zippy=%2Cin-this-article)
4. The numbers are just insane and way to high, there must be a huge error in this analysis: Yes the numbers are insane af, and even I don't know what i should think of them. If this was the only indicator of uckery I would highly doubt them, but for me there are flashing red lights everywhere in regards to GME. Nonetheless I am still sceptical. The number of Germans active in the stock market rose lately by a lot, possible in regards to GME too. I can see that in my close friend and family circle too, just check out the link for more informations:[ https://www.ft.com/content/31c4d453-498e-4cc2-b14f-d7e8b17b9221](https://www.ft.com/content/31c4d453-498e-4cc2-b14f-d7e8b17b9221)

# 1. Shout-out and Introduction
As you guys probably already know there was a google survey done by u/Get-It-Got and he pretty much found out that the official numbers are most likely bullshit. I myself as a mid xxx holder wanted to know how Europe and especially my country of origin is doing in regards to my favorite stock. My expectations were conservative with around 0.5% to 1% of the population as GME owners, I even was worried that there were so few stockholders, that it would be statistically insignificant. Boy oh boy was I wrong.
My survey is a translated copy of the above mentioned survey in armitardland, so that comparisons with it and similar future surveys are possible. Countries like France, UK, Netherlands, Italy and Russia would be really interesting to investigate further, so if one of you guys are willing and still have money to spend on something else than shares, do it!
# 2. Methodology
**“Representative, Randomized sampling and why does it make sense for this project?** Representative sampling allows researchers to understand the behaviors and/or characteristics of a population by identifying the behaviors and/or characteristics of a subset of the population. In the case of this research, this was done through a randomized, internet-based survey that asked a very simple question about the status of $GME share ownership.
Results from this survey to draw conclusions about the behaviors and characteristics of a wider group, in this case, the whole of the U.S. adult population. In combination with randomized sampling, it’s possible to understand things about a population of millions by surveying only hundreds or thousands of individuals.
Representative, randomized sample is especially valuable to simply, binary data (do own, don’t own), as well as grouping (how many shares owned). Given this, and the affordability of GCS as a surveying tool ($.10/sample), this approach was sensible.”
\- This is a direct quote from u/Get-It-Got
The survey population is the german population above 18 years old. In the survey the number of shareholders above 65 was miniscule, so it was decided to exclude everyone from this age cohort in this analysis to stay conservative. The total number (excluding below 18 and above 65) is 51.2 million people. The percentage of married persons is about 51.4% and every married couple will count as only one possible stockholder. All in all the relevant population of this analysis is 38.03 million.
Check out the following two links for population numbers:
[https://service.destatis.de/bevoelkerungspyramide/#!y=2021&a=18,65&l=en&g](https://service.destatis.de/bevoelkerungspyramide/#!y=2021&a=18,65&l=en&g)
[https://www.bib.bund.de/DE/Fakten/Lebensformen/Zahlen-Anteile.html](https://www.bib.bund.de/DE/Fakten/Lebensformen/Zahlen-Anteile.html)
This analysis will take a conservative stance at every level. For this reason the share count of the answer categories will always be on the lower side:
1-5 shares = 1 share
6-20 shares = 10 shares
21-50 shares = 30 shares
51-100 shares = 70 shares
101 and more = 101 shares
The result of this conservative approach should be an underestimation rather than an overestimation. The survey took place from 07.04.2021 to 08.05.2021.
# 3. Survey Result
* The RMSE Score is 5.9% (not perfect but not bad either)
* 94.9% of all Germans are not stockholders of GME, 1.5% of these are former stockholders
* 5.1% of all Germans are currently stockholders
* The average german stockholder holds around 41 shares
* The german population holds around 79,600,000 shares

# 4. Parting Thoughts
For me, this is confirmation bias, but keep in mind that I am no financial advisor and that english not my native tongue. Pls correct me if i made an honest mistake in my math and keep it if you find one in my language. In my opinion this data can be used for Mountaingermany (Austria) and Richgermany (Switzerland) aswell. Mountaingermany is as german as it can get. Please don’t tell them, because they want to believe that they are unique. Richgermany just laughs about our wealth and can probably buy GME with just the salary of one janitor. There is a lack of data for the rest of Europe, but if you feel like it YOU can step in!

https://www.reddit.com/r/Superstonk/comments/oyjjr5/google_survey_for_germany_germany_owns_the_boat/With the first reading of the TPB now done, we can look forward to the first 6 months of what will ultimately become years of fierce division. David Seymour isn’t losing sleep over the bill not passing first reading – it’s a career defining win for him that he has got us to this point already & his plans are on a much longer timeline.
I think David Seymour is a terrible human – but a savvy politician. One of the most egregious things I see him doing in the current discourse (among other things) is to use the concept of equality to sell his bill to New Zealanders. So I want to try and articulate why I think the political left should be far more active & effective in countering this.
Equality is a good thing, yes? What level-headed Kiwi would disagree that we should all be equal under the law! When Seymour says things like “When has giving people different rights based on their race even worked out well” he is appealing to a general sense of equality.
The TPB fundamentally seeks to draw a line under our inequitable history and move forward into the future having removed the perceived unfair advantages afforded to maori via the current treaty principles.
What about our starting points though? If people are at vastly different starting points when you suddenly decide to enact ‘equality at any cost’, what you end up doing is simply leaving people where they are. It is easier to understand this using an example of universal resource – imagine giving everyone in New Zealand $50. Was everyone given equal ‘opportunity’ by all getting equal support? Absolutely. Consider though how much more impactful that support is for homeless person compared to (for example) the prime minister. That is why in society we target support where it is needed – benefits for unemployed people for example. If you want an example of something in between those two examples look at our pension system - paid to people of the required age but not means tested, so even the wealthiest people are still entitled to it as long as they are old enough.
Men account for 1% of breast cancer, but are 50% of the population. Should we divert 50% of breast screening resources to men so that we have equal resources by gender? Most would agree that isn’t efficient, ethical or realistic. But when it comes to the treaty, David Seymour will tell you that despite all of land confiscation & violations of the Te Tiriti by the crown, we need to give all parties to the contract equal footing without addressing the violations.
So David Seymour believes there is a pressing need to correct all of these unfair advantages that the current treaty principles have given maori. Strange though, with all of these apparent societal & civic advantages that maori are negatively overrepresented in most statistics. Why is that?
There is also the uncomfortable question to be answered by all New Zealanders – If we are so focused on achieving equality for all kiwis, why are we so reluctant to restore justice and ‘equality’ by holding the crown to account for its breaches of the treaty itself? Because its complex? Because it happened in the past? Easy position to take as beneficiaries of those violations in current day New Zealand.
It feels like Act want to remove the redress we have given to maori by the current treaty principles and just assume outcomes for maori will somehow get better on their own.
It is well established fact that the crown violated Te Tiriti so badly that inter-generational effects are still being felt by maori. This is why I talk about the ‘starting point’ that people are at being so important for this conversation. If maori did actually have equal opportunities in New Zealand and the crown had acted in good faith this conversation wouldn’t be needed. But that’s not the reality we are in.
**TLDR –** When David Seymour says he wants equality for all New Zealanders, what he actually means is ‘everyone stays where they are and keeps what they already have’. So the people with wealth & influence keep it, and the people with poverty and lack of opportunity keep that too. Like giving $50 each to a homeless person & the Prime Minister & saying they have an equal opportunity to succeed.
I imagine most people clicked away about 5 paragraphs ago, but if anyone actually read this far than I thank you for indulging my fantasy of New Zealanders wanting actual equity rather than equality.
“When you're accustomed to privilege, equality feels like oppression."

Throwaway account because I don't want people following my main to know about these, at least not yet.
For some context first, I (29) and my husband (34) work for a small RMG firm here, we were both recommended through a relative of mine. I have been working here for about 6 years, my husband for about 7 years. During the work time, our boss would occasionally bring his then teenage daughter to work (she should have been around 15-ish when we first met her) and had her interact with the employees and stuff to show her what we were doing, how things work etc. Fast forward to January of this year, The boss brought her in, officially, letting us know that she will be taking over a good deal of his work overlooking things. We were initially hesitant, considering she was so young (Turned 20 this year) but ultimately, she wasn't taking over, more so learning to handle the business while the boss managed other work I suppose. It helped that she herself was also very keen on co-operating and taking advice, often holding meetings to discuss things and making sure she herself is the last to leave work almost every time. It's been an overall good development in that regards.
The issue started initially a few months after she started, she would occasionally hold office events, just to lighten the mood, and this earned her a lot of praise, from all of us, since it's not something the old boss would have time to look into. We were all talking about her, so it didn't feel too weird at first when my husband joined in on the praising, "How impressive it is she's so young but so mature" "How she's been a breath of fresh air in the office" "Everyone's so motivated to work cause of her" etc. With hindsight, it seems like that was just his "in" on talking about her with me in general. Every now and then, he'd start singing her praises, when we're at home, a huge talking point always being how she's so mature for her age and understanding, even pointing out how we weren't at that age.
I didn't take it much to heart, until one time I joked that it was fine if he was immature at times, and that I would love him regardless, and his response was something along the lines of "Well you were too, unlike her" I think that was the first time I felt a bit bad, cause it felt like he actually was just comparing me to her now. But I tried not to think too much about it. This slowly spiraled too, going from talking about her maturity to looks, how she can still look good while being so busy with studies and work, how she, and I quote, "was definitely more gifted compared to other girls" And once, out of insecurity, I asked if he thought she was prettier than me, he gave me a, "Of course you're attractive to me, but objectively, like, not considering my attraction to you, she is prettier" This messed with me for a while, and we ended up having a fight, where I essentially banned him from bringing her up with me, if it's not work related. Also adding to it, was the fact that he started taking extra work every now and then, and working overtime, and while I initially thought it was to just earn extra money, I later found out it was simply cause he knew she usually heads home late too, usually after most if not all office employees left.
Fast Forward to a few days back, weekend happened, husband was out with his friends, and my Laptop was at the repairs, so I used his laptop, without his permission. We are relatively free with each others devices, like, we never have a reason to use each others devices, but if for some reason we did, the other didn't mind, so I didn't think much of it. I had put on some vids on autopay as background noise as I did some work, when I opened his PC folder and on the left Quick Access Bar, there was a folder with our Boss's daughter's name. I had to click it, and when I did, I actively couldn't believe what I was seeing. a folder of over 1k+ pics of her, Screenshots from Instagram and other apps, any and every pic he could find of her and an insane number of pics, just, taken without her consent, like, with either a hidden camera or his phone at the office, ranging from her just sitting or working, to some from a high enough angle to get cleavage or downblouse and even a few under the table shots, though those didn't have anything to show, from what I had seen.
This creeped me out, beyond anything, since it was almost impossible to place my husband, who I have always known as the sweetest guy, for the 6 years we have been married, as someone who would do something like this. I was shocked and just, didn't really know how to react, if I should feel disgusted or sad, angry, I didn't know.
But then, it got worse. I used search to look up her name on his laptop and found something that basically turned any form of sorrow or sadness I would have felt, into just pure disgust. He basically had a folder poorly hidden deep in a number of folders, just full of photoshopped pics of her, some solo, some with him, some with other members of the office and some just absolutely vile and disgusting. I deleted all traces of me having seen or searched for those, though I doubt it was necessary, since My husband isn't the most tech savvy to begin with, took a pic of some of the shit I found and left the Laptop. I was furious, but I also didn't want him to know yet. So I acted normal that night, and then the next day, I called up my cousin (she was pregnant and her husband was away) and asked if she needed help, and used that as an excuse to move in and help her for a bit. I have talked to my husband, though limited, mostly through texts and occasionally at work, but for the last 4 days, I have been living with my cousin.
Honestly, I am disgusted, but I also don't know what to do exactly. Like, I feel a mixture of being cheated on, which, I know he didn't do anything with her, but still, I can't explain it. But on top of that, I feel disgusted that my husband was this sort of a man. But even talking about it to my friends or family feels weird. I tried to share with my cousin, but the embarrassment didn't allow me to say anything. I just don't know how what to do right now, I can't stay here forever, I'll have to head back sooner rather than later, but I also don't think I can just go back home and pretend that none of this happened or I didn't see any of this, so thought this was the best way to stay anonymous and ask for some form of advice. What should I do and how should I progress?
UPDATE:
So, a lot happened in the course of the few hours. I honestly wanted to wait a few more days, to cool off myself, and then do whatever was needed, but some of the comments did have me worried, if he got an idea and deleted everything, if he did something harmful in the meantime and as my friend pointed out, if he somehow, as unlikely as it might be, found the post and put 2 and 2 together.
We ended up going over around 4pm-ish, knowing we'd gave a few hours to collect whatever. I made sure to copy everything on the two folders to a flash drive, and took a video of it being from his laptop too, incase that was something needed. Then, as another comment suggested, we looked for my name, which came out with nothing but regular pics and stuff. After that, my friend asked me to look up co workers names, and when I did, that hit some results, with 4 other co-workers names, all women, but none to same extent as the boss' daughter (Like, between the downloaded pics, creepshots and edited pics, all 4 of them combined didnt match hers) All the folders were "hidden" the same way, inside a few layers of "New Folder"s (Like one folder insider another inside another etc upto like, 8-9 new folders) We took those too.
Then my friend pointed out that some of those might be files he received, since the file names were different and some were similar to whatsapp files as she pointed out. This is something I hadn't noticed, but the edited files were definitely named differently, some being "Daughter's name + Porn action" and then others just being something like "IMG-number and then WA0014" or something along that line, which my friend said are pics he received in whatsapp. We confirmed that they were indeed received from whatsapp in the pic information.
This ultimately made me do something that I shouldn't have done, since it could have blown up in my face. But it had made me anxious and I needed answers. So I asked my friends if they would stay til my husband gets back. They agreed, and I decided to take that time to pack my bags, just necessary things for now. My friends did say he's logged into facebook but didn't want to check his facebook without me, and by the time they told me that, it was already time for him to come back, so we decided to not do anything.
We waited and waited, until he finally came back. He was surprised to see us, but didn't seem to suspect anything and I told him to sit down. He did, and I think that's when he noticed his laptop on the couch and asked what was going on. I told him I saw some things, related to the Boss' daughter, and that I wanted an explanation. He tried to get angry at first, but quickly dropped that act. I told him I wanted to hear what he had to say and then decide what to do. He said he was fine talking but only if my friends waited in the dining or another room, as he wanted to explain things to me alone. My friends were hesitant, but I told them it's fine, and that if they hear any issues, to "send the drive link to the boss" This was a bluff, that I wish I had thought about before he came, but I told him that I saved everything on a Gdrive and wouldn't hesitate sending it to the boss if he tried anything. He assured me he wouldn't act up and asked me what I wanted to know. At that point, I really wanted to hit him, just, the look on his face, he looked guilty, like, he was looking for excuses but failing or something, i dont know.
But I really hated it. But I stayed calm, and told him I say a lot of things, including all the pics of her, the edits and a few other things. I asked him to explain. He kept asking me exactly what I wanted to know, and it was becoming obvious that he was either stalling for an excuse or trying to see how much I knew. I told him finally, that I saw the pics, the hidden cam pics and even the edits. He pleaded with me to not get mad, and hear him out. And I told him I'll consider it. He took a minute and told me that he had noticed he was growing more and more attracted to her, sexually, and he apparently struggled with these emotions a lot. Which is why he did that, and that he wanted to "release" his tension without harming anyone, which is why he made those and kept it to himself.
I then asked to see his whatsapp, and the color on his face almost drained. He told me I knew he didn't use whatsapp, but I told him I had checked his google play to see what apps he had installed (Another lie, but I was sure he was using Whatsapp, so I still went with it). After a bit, he handed me the phone and told me to not overreact. I took his phone, and searched around for a bit, he has a lot of pointless apps downloaded, and it was hard to spot, specially since it wasnt even on the home screen, but on a folder file inside the slide screen thingy Android has, on the 3rd page (Sorry if the explanation confuses you).
I open it, to find just one group chat, with 3 other colleagues, members of the team he is in basically. And it was just filled with pics of this girl, creepshots taken from different areas, zoomed in for the most part, from today. Like, literally a few minutes before he handed me the phone. A lot of conversations in Bangla, about fantasies on how they would have fucked her, scrolling up, it keeps getting worse and worse. I won't go into details on the specifics, but a lot of it was about wanting to force themselves on her, as a "Revenge on the boss" Kind of thing, but with her acting as the boss, and some were even full on well thought out scenarios, where they are playing out what theyd do and what not. If you ever read something and just faced pure whiplash, that was me at that moment, Literally unable to process it properly.
He kept apologizing, telling me he loved me and that this was all just to keep himself in control and that it was ultimately just harmless fantasizing. I only caught bits and pieces of what he was saying, before just turning on the screen recorder and scrolling, recording the conversations, and the more I scrolled up, the more Vile it got. The conversation did predate my husband joining, it seemed, but that didn't really matter, he was very actively taking part in it. I got a good chunk of it, but it didnt seem to end, so I simply went to the chat media, and even that was a huge scrolling down of pics, creepshots from phones, fakes etc.
I ended up getting as much as I could and sending it over to me, making sure it's saved on my phone. All the while he kept begging me to forgive him and not ruin his life and career. Sorry, and I quote, "Our life and careers". I told him I felt betrayed, and I told him I was disgusted at the man he was. And through his apologizing, he kept insisting it didn't really hurt anyone. But I told him it hurt me, and if she found out, it would hurt her too, and he simply pleaded with me not to tell her. For a while we just cried, for different reasons I presume, but the entire time, he kept switching between how he's sorry and he loves me, to how it's not as bad as I am making it out to be and how they were just messing around, online, and weren't hurting anyone. My friends checked in on me a few times, but didn't interfere.
After a while, I pulled myself up and told him that I don't see myself staying with him and that I want a divorce. He pleaded with me not to do so, but I simply said that I didn't want to listen to his excuses. I then told him that I wanted to take the laptop, and he froze. I was half expecting him to reject me, but he simply begged me not to show this to the boss or the daughter. I told him I wasn't sure if I wanted to do that (Which was a lie) and that I am thinking it over. I told him not to delete the whatsapp conversations or tell the others, and that if he does, I will send everything to the boss. Ultimately, I want to talk to the daughter first, and then decide what to do and how to tell the father. But that will have to wait I guess. There were a bit more pleading, and I simply left it on "I dont know what I want to do, I need to think it over and will let him know. And told him to not contact me in the meantime" And that was all we said as we left, with his laptop. I do hope he doesnt alert his friends, but even if he did, it wouldnt matter, since the screen recording has their names and numbers on the group chat and a huge chunk of the stuff they said.
The thing is, since nothing physical happened, I know the police won't take it seriously 90% of the times, with the only possible time they might take it seriously is if the girl herself took action, so I intend to give her all of what I have, and let her proceed with whatever actions she chooses to take there. I do wish I had waited to talk to lawyers before taking things this far, but the fear and emotions had me wrapped up and I just ended up taking action. It seems to have worked out, but I don't know. Husband seemed pretty defeated today. But considering how little it feels like I know him, I honestly can't tell with him anymore. I will see how things play out, and maybe do one final update. But from my understanding, things will probably just end with a divorce and him getting fired. Still, thank you all for the help, even just snapping me into action.
When we were leaving, he was basically sobbing and begging for forgiveness, or claiming how it's all just a mistake and nothing actually happened, to the point where I almost did feel bad for me, almost. But I don't think I can feel sympathy after those chats and what not. My friends luckily was also there to remind me that regardless of what he says, his actions are not for me to forgive.
Right now, I don't really know what to feel. My minds a bit of a mess, and things are processing weirdly. Apologies in advance if some of this is incoherent or feels like there are blanks in between stuff, trust me, there are blanks in my head too right now.
A few things I did want to specify,
On the post, some people took the " he's not tech Savvy" bit as though he isn't good with tech at all, which isnt the case. I think of Tech Savvy as being great with tech, and that's what I meant, that he's not that great, but he is still decent. We work in RMG offices, a lot of our work is with Modaris, Photoshop and Illustrator, and he is decent with them. I just meant that in a sense that, he's not the type to hide folders or passcode wall stuff, if that makes sense.
Second is, hidden cam, was less talking about actual hidden cam and more just the style of it, most of those are taken via phone ( and as we now found out, multiple phones from different people)
Third, some people thought she was a minor, she isn't. She is 20 as of this year. But that still doesn't change the fact that he knew her when she was a minor and that they started this when she was 19.
Fourthly, I have been going back and forth with who to tell exactly, and while she is still young, she is strong and, as much as I hate to say this after hearing it from my husband for so long, she is mature for her age. And as she's directly involved, I think it's only fair I tell her and let her decide who she wants to share these with. I have made attempts to reach out, preferably outside work and I'll let he decide how she wants to approach everything from her side.
Fifth, am I worried about my job too? A bit, for a few reasons, firstly, because me and my husband were both recommended by my relative, and now, all of a sudden, that changes to someone my relative recommended creeping on the bosses daughter. And secondly cause I will be technically "the ex wife of the guy who stalker her" to her and the boss, so that's something to worry about too. But regardless, I think it's still the right decision to make.
Lastly, about the divorce, I am worried for it, for sure, but we don't necessarily have a joint fortune, and most of our finances are our own, with a very small fund saved up that we usually keep for trips and stuff. And I personally think I have enough proof on me too. But still, I will get legal counselling within the next few days, preferable before things blow up on his face. I am currently staying at a friends for a few days while I look for a new flat. I wanted to move in with my parents for a bit, but my gut is telling me that's the last place I should go once the news breaks.
[Update](https://www.reddit.com/r/relationship_advice/s/GbrAntohG3) **Nov 14, 2023**
So, I think this will be the only update. I saw a few people were asking for updates before too, but I honestly needed some time to myself too and wanted to see how things played out before making an update.
So, as I said in the last Edit and some of the comments, I ended up going to the boss' daughter. Showed her everything I had, and told her I had the laptop too, if she needed. I could tell it was a good bit for her to process initially, but she said she's used to stuff like this (Yeah, fuck this place honestly) and so, composed herself. Afterwards she asked if it would be fine for me to help her go through the screenshots and screen recordings and pics, since she'd rather not have to go into checking the details herself, and I agreed. We sat at a local food chain and basically wrote out a detailed HR report, like not a report to the HR, but a report from the HR, regarding that team. I went over the different aspects of the texts caught on the screen recording and the edited pics as well as the creepshots of her. She reassured me that I won't be facing any consequences for this and to leave talking to her father to her. She asked if I were to be called to the police station, if I would be willing to go and I said I would. She concluded that while in other areas this could have been used to better punish them, high chances are that this won't do much, other than maybe a few days worth of jail, but that she would still be going to the police, as this will be a good way to make sure if they ever even considered doing something, this could be used to screw them over.
As for their jobs, she said she would keep them for a few days, while the filing and reports work it's way up then fire them on spot with no Reference or experience certificate, basically rendering any attempts of showing work experience in this company impossible, and should they try, future hirers will be sent the HR report we built. We concluded the meeting there, with her telling me to not worry and just not interact with them at work.
After that, I spoke to a Lawyer, showed him everything I had and while he took a small bit, said that things can be done relatively easily. Thing is, it's not like me or my husband have that much joint property or wealth, that there would be much of a dirty breakup financially. But from the looks of things, so far atleast, things seem to be going on my favor.
My husband did call a few times and texted to see if I would reconsider, but I blocked him more or less. Didn't want any part of his bs honestly. This is the part where the shitstorm I had mentioned started. Calls and messages from relatives, all with the purpose of letting me know that these things happen and that I shouldnt hold it against him. I talked to my mother, and found out that what he told her and a few other relatives, including his parents were, I got jealous cause he accidentally showed interest in the boss' daughter but never planned to act on it. This caused almost everyone but his mother to side with him, while his mother called me to apologize, saying she was ashamed of what her son had said.
I had originally told my husband I wouldn't blow this out of proportion, but ended up telling my mother and his parents, the former who responded exactly as I thought she would. She told me it's not like he acted on it, and that this much is nothing to ruin a marriage over. This didn't surprise me since when one of my aunts got cheated on, she and her other sister had essentially taken the stance of "Just forgive it and ignore it, move on and don't bring it up, things will be happy" My mother and I had a huge back and forth where she brought up family reputation, embarrassment if family finds out what he did, embarrassment if I am a divorcee in my 30s (Yeah, that's a thing here sadly, and yeah, 29 is still reaching 30s). We ended the call on pretty bad terms, but it was expected. The family itself is more or less on the same stance, with only some choosing to stay away, and even now when I ended up sharing the exact reason with a few members, they responded "Let it go and fix the relationship" Or something akin to that.
The pleasant surprise came from telling his parents though, who took my side. After things blew up, his mother apologized to me, telling me she was ashamed of what her son did, while the father told me he will make sure my husband won't be causing any issues for me, in the divorce or in general. I was honestly expecting them to take his side like my family, so this was a welcome surprise.
Yesterday the team were called into the boss' office along with some police. I don't know what was said and done, but they were in there for a long time and by the time they all left, they just looked defeated, specially my husband. It seems she did exactly what she said she'd do, and fired them. I don't the the specifics of it, I don't necessarily intend to ask either.
As for me personally, it's been rough. It's easy to get angry when everything is happening, it's the moments when things are calm, that memories and feelings get the best of things. But I will be fine. I get to keep my job, which is huge imo. The whole thing with family isn't getting much better it seems, got a bit worse after the firing. I have my stuff and I have moved in with a friend, for a few days while I look for a smaller appartment. As for husband, I don't exactly know, but I assume he'll be moving in with his parents, who are pretty annoyed with him. The apartment we stayed in was something we both contributed to live in, so without income, I can't see him maintaining it at all.
Honestly, this is probably it, I don't really see myself making any more updates to this. It's been a mess, but still, I want to thank everyone for the love and support. It really helped a lot. I haven't really thought out the response too well, might have missed parts of stuff, if I did, I'll try to answer anything I can. But other than that, this might be it.
**ADDITIONAL INFO FROM OOP**
>It wasn't just over a few pics of her. It was over 1k-ish pics, about a 300 or so from social media, and the rest creepshots taken without permission, a bunch of degrading edits and Photoshops, a shit ton of "r*pe roleplay" or whatever tf that was with her as a target, of a girl, he's known since she was 15.
>As for ruining his future jobs, that'd be ruined regardless. It's not my doing. Let's say an experience certificate was given, you think any future company wouldn't contact his precious work place to get a report of him? And you think any HR issues he caused wouldn't be shown to them in that case?
>The only way to "not ruin his life" would be to not go to the boss and his daughter at all, which just seems irresponsible. Anything beyond that is on their hand. Even if I hadn't helped with the report, she could have gotten others to do it. There's no real stopping that.
*
>If he was trying to protect me from any embarrassment, he wouldn't have made it into a jealousy thing, over nothing. His version of the story just makes it seem like I'm jealous he thinks someone is hot. Which caused a good deal of issues here too. As for help, he can get that from his family. The whole rapey aspect of it is not something I can just shrug off.
As for spilling all the details, every last detail could have been left out of the family had he not decided to try to play into the fact that I'd rather have not involved family, by involving family. His family seems to have a good head on their shoulders. They can get him whatever help he needs, if he needs any. With him and I, we're done for good. IF there were any chances of fixing things, they're definitely gone now. And that's a huge if.
**THIS IS A REPOST SUB - I AM NOT THE OOP**
https://www.reddit.com/r/BestofRedditorUpdates/comments/180952b/i29_f_found_out_my_husband34m_is_obsessed_with/I want to start by saying that I have no particular love for Kamala Harris. I don't hate her by any means, but she was never my ideal candidate for President OR Vice President.
Many people (okay, I'm seeing a lot of people on Reddit) argue that Kamala Harris was chosen as Vice President purely because she is a Black woman, reducing her selection to a "DEI hire." This perspective is not only reductive but also unfairly dismissive of her qualifications and achievements. Kamala Harris served as the Attorney General of California and as a U.S. Senator, roles that provided her with substantial experience in governance and law.
Her selection was based on her competence and political acumen, not ONLY her race and gender. If Kamala Harris were truly a DEI hire chosen solely for her identity, why select her specifically? Why not opt for any random Black woman? The fact is, Harris was chosen because she had a national profile from years in government in politics and yes this in addition to appealing to Black and women voters, something that it COMPELTELY NORMAL in choosing a Vice President running mate.
In contrast, Mike Pence was chosen by Donald Trump to appeal to White Christian voters. Despite this clear act of pandering to a specific demographic, Pence did not face the same level of scrutiny or criticism for being chosen based on his gender or color of his skin. This double standard reveals an underlying bias in how female and minority politicians are perceived and judged compared to their white male counterparts...or at least how that plays out with Democratic/Republican constituencies.
Accusations of "entitlement" to the Presidency I feel are also unfounded. To further illustrate this double standard, consider Donald Trump. No one accused him of feeling "entitled" to the Presidency, despite the fact that he had never served a single day in an elected position of public trust before running for President. Trump, born into wealth and living in a golden tower, decided to run for the highest office in the land simply because he 'wanted it.' In stark contrast, Kamala Harris has climbed the political ladder through hard work and yes, playing the political game. Regardless of one's opinion on her politics, it's undeniable that she has put in the work and earned her place in the political sphere.
Similarly, the argument that she feels "entitled" to the Presidency echoes the baseless accusations faced by Hillary Clinton. Despite spending most of her adult life in public service—serving as a U.S. Senator and Secretary of State—Clinton was frequently labeled as feeling it was "her turn" to be President. This accusation lacked any substantive evidence of entitlement and served only to undermine her extensive qualifications and dedication to public service.
The same people who are saying Donald Trump was fit to be President in 2016 are the same people saying that DECADES of experience did not qualify Hillary Clinton nor Kamala Harris for the Presidency.
UPDATE/EDIT:
Hey all, this has been a long frustrating thread for everyone I thought I’d post a small update here trying to clarify some of my points.
1. First off, I don’t think half of the people here even understand what DEI means, much like “woke”. Although I disagree with this definition, I’m assuming most people think it means “a minority chosen for a position that **isn’t** qualified but was chosen because of their race”.
2. To me, DEI is just the new virtue signaling buzzword that “affirmative action” was 10 years ago. No surprise, people called Obama the “affirmative action” President back then. And even called Hillary Clinton the same. Again, I think it’s a lazy, virtue signaling argument that tries to delegitimize a person of color’s experience or accomplishments…or at least unfairly calls into question their fitness for office based on their race and not political record.
3. I believe Kamala Harris was chosen as a VP running mate because she appealed to Black and women voters AND had a national political profile—something that took several years in politics including working as a Senator and State AG.
4. I believe a lot of people are UNFAIRLY focusing on her race via the DEI comments, despite the fact that other Vice Presidents like Pence, Gore, Biden were ALL chosen for similar reasons (appeal to Christians, Southerners, Whites, respectively).
5. I think the difference here is that Kamala Harris is a Black woman and so words like affirmative action and DEI get thrown out there because they are culture war buzzwords NOT substantive arguments. NO ONE questions these other VP candidates based on the fact that THEY were chosen literally because of their race and appeal to the aforementioned demographics.
6. I can’t say this enough I DO NOT LIKE KAMALA HARRIS. I never wanted her for VP or President. I don’t like her record as AG, I don’t even really like her record as VP. For whatever it’s worth, I’m not trying to shill for anyone her. In my ideal world Biden would say he’s not running and Kamala Harris would call for an open vote at the convention.
7. I still feel that words like “entitled” and “it’s her turn” are used unfairly against Harris and in general, female candidates. I do not see the word “entitled” being thrown at male candidates for the same reasons it is and was thrown at female ones. To give a somewhat reductive example: Trump takes over the RNC? That’s political savvy and strength. Clinton takes over the DNC? That’s “entitled behavior”.
8. I awarded a Delta below to someone who demonstrated that Clinton’s campaign considered using “it’s her turn” as a campaign slogan. That to me is fair enough evidence against her specifically. For Harris, it just seems like they are pushing a very similar narrative to Clinton’s, when in reality we don’t really have any evidence of how she feels. “Entitled” just seems like a lazy gendered argument.

## Background
If you've been following the hip hop cultural zeitgeist for a while now, Clipse likely needs no introduction. But if you do, Clipse is a hip hop duo consisting of brothers Pusha T and Malice that hail from Virginia Beach known for their coke rap. Leveraging their real life experiences, Clipse are known for their gritty and realistic portrayals of the drug dealer lifestyle mixed with intricate wordplay and double (or more) entendres. They were originally discovered by Pharrell, which has resulted in a long term partnership between Clipse and The Neptunes (now just Pharrell) on the production side of their work. This mix of influences has made them critically acclaimed while still keeping a grounded fanbase.
The Clipse have a storied history and several classic albums under their belt. While their first album Lord Willin’ was the better album commercially, spawning notable hits *Grindin'* and *When The Last Time*, their second album Hell Hath No Fury was the source of much critical fanfare. Their third studio album, Til the Casket Drops, was less well received critically and commercially, and the Clipse went on hiatus shortly afterwards.
Beginning in 2023, the duo was recording what would become Let God Sort Em Out. Much of the recording would be done in Paris, where Pharrell Williams was hosting the Louis Vuitton fashion show. Both brothers of Clipse would make runway appearances during the fashion show, and a snippet of Chains & Whips was teased. Pharrell would split with Chad Hugo of The Neptunes during this time, which ultimately led to all of the production being handled by himself rather than as a duo. During the recording of the album, Clipse would once again have label troubles, this time stemming from Def Jam's discomfort with Kendrick Lamar's verse on Chains & Whips, which featured a reference to a "Trump Card". Clipse would buy themselves out of the contract, and ultimately released the album themselves on July 11 2025\.
## Review
On the whole, Let God Sort Em Out is taking a stand against the current state of hip hop; how rappers chase short term trends instead of long term profits, how rappers lack authenticity in their art, or how there is a distinct lack of taste. Clipse, and their featured guests in turn, affirm their own financial well being and connections to the “true” hip hop culture. This is consistently referenced throughout the tracklist, and is tied together through a simple repeated line: *This is culturally inappropriate.* This phrase solidifies the album's core themes by stating that Pusha T, Malice, and guests monetary success and relevance is counter to the current state of the culture, where cheap attention seeking behavior is running rampant. Hence the idea that by staying true to themselves that they are being “culturally inappropriate”, in addition to the more overt inappropriateness of the drug dealer lifestyle they aggrandize throughout the album.
Lyrically Let God Sort Em Out isn’t too far off what long-time fans know and love about the duo: references to cocaine dealing, their own success in the face of adversity, opulent luxuries, affirmations of their authenticity, and derision of any of their critics. But what makes Clipse continue to be compelling so many years later is the fact they come up with new exciting turns of phrases, complex wordplay, witty lyricism, and tight technical performances that help keep the songs fresh. There’s always the simple and obvious wordplay that virtually everybody listening understands, but long-time fans know that there is plenty of wordplay and depth to their lyrics for those willing to dig a little deeper, and this album is no different.
More impressive still is how they are still reaching new career heights. From their extremely impressive and tight rollout, performing The Birds Don’t Sing at the Vatican (the first hip hop performance at the venue EVER), and the strong critical and commercial success despite going independent, it feels like Clipse hasn’t missed a beat despite the lengthy hiatus. Even as I push the limit of what Reddit will allow for posting, I’m barely scratching the surface.
### The Birds Don't Sing
When you put on the first track, it's immediately apparent that this album is different. While Clipse have done songs that are more pensive such as Nightmares, the final track off Hell Hath No Fury, none were ever as personal or gut wrenching as The Birds Don't Sing. The song vividly portrays the brothers final memories of their parents, who both passed away in the early 2020s.
Pusha T’s verse contrasts his own selfish behavior about going to Turks by himself with his mom’s selfless dedication to his siblings.He reminisces on how she selflessly took care of their sister, "DD", even as her own health was deteriorating and how she was pleading with Malice to make things right with their other brother, "Bup".
> You said you told Gene that Bup needed forgiveness
> I see you went to DD's and stuffed both her fridges
Pusha T follows it up with another somber truth that while he's thankful their mother met his son Nigel, their time together was short lived.
> I loved you met Nige, hate that he won't remember you
Malice's verse is similarly haunting, though his verse focuses on his memory of finding his father after he had passed. Malice likens his passing to missing their mother with a beautiful couplet about them reuniting in Heaven, made even more poignant by the fact that their mother had expressed regret that they had divorced.
> The way you missed Mama, I guess I should've known
> Chivalry ain't dead, you ain't let her go alone
His verse continues noting the strewn out Bible quotes, which obviously hit home for him given his devotion to Christianity. He takes the opportunity to seemingly address his return to the Clipse, taking it as his mantra to take his learnings from his spiritual hiatus and share them with the world. The remainder of the verse gives way to heartfelt bars about how lucky they were to have a father who was involved and caring as he was.
But the final bar hits the hardest:
> "I love my two sons" was the code to your phone, now you're home
It's a perfect ending to the verse, as it emphasizes how their father's love for them was so deep that he expressed it even in the most personal and intimate spaces where no one else would see. It gives Malice’s previous bars about how dedicated and loving their father was that much more weight.
### Chains and Whips
Chains and Whips takes us back to familiar territory with detailed depictions of their luxurious lifestyle and contempt ridden disses over much rowdier production which features a killer chop from the 60s TV show *Beat\! Beat\! Beat\!* And a killer guitar part from Lenny Kravitz. The song opens up with a chorus that triumphantly declares that Clipse beat the system of oppression with their success.
The imagery of choking, chains and whips harkens back to slavery and systematic disenfranchisement experienced by black Americans, which forms an interesting dichotomy with the very overt references to wealth.
Pusha T's verse focuses on a diss against fellow rapper Jim Jones. The beef as it were originated from Jim Jones as he repeatedly questioned Pusha T's placement on a best rappers of all time list, both on the RapCaviar podcast and on the Breakfast Club show. The verse focuses on Jim Jones desperation, implying that he is desperate for money and to have the appearance of success. Pusha T makes this clear from the opening bar, referring to how Jim Jones defaulted on payments and ultimately lost his mansion to foreclosure, before continually taking jabs at his (comparatively by rapper standards) budget friendly jewelry.
Malice takes a similar stance, albeit a more generalized one. He takes aim at nameless adversaries with his vivid macabre lyrics, even taking pleasure as they die a figurative "death" in a financial sense. There’s a juxtaposition of Malice’s own righteousness and taking pleasure in the failure of others, where it could be interpreted that he sees his own success and moral character as a literal victory of God over the devil. Malice then underscores this with his own financial success while tying it to the previous death motif.
> Richard don't make watches for presidents
> Just a million trapped between skeletons
Where he portrays his own success in the context of a Richard Mille watch, which famously employs an open skeleton which allows the wearer to see the inside of the watch, symbolizing others who cannot attain the same level of success. This is followed with an apt reference to the Revenant, where the main character is left for dead and survives against all odds. He further deepens the connection with reference to snow, or cocaine, a reference to how he and his brother succeeded in spite of their illegal drug dealing earlier in life.
The song finishes on a jaw dropping verse from Kendrick Lamar that builds momentum as it’s performed. Kendrick opens the verse with a declaration of opposition against the same cultural bankruptcy that Pusha T and Malice cover in their respective verses. Kendrick reaffirms what he rapped about all 2024: his exposure to violence, godlike mic prowess, and choosing confrontation over the status quo.
Referencing his 2024 loosie *Watch The Party Die,* Kendrick uses the homage to affirm his cultural standing being in line with the true ethos of hip hop, just before he launches into the 2nd half of his verse which features denser and faster rhyme schemes. This section is most obviously connected through an emphasis of the “Gen” sound throughout the verse. Even with the dense wordplay, Kendrick manages to reaffirm his cultural connections:
> Gentlemen and gangstas connect, the agenda of mine
> Move niggas up outta here, this shit get gentrified
Kendrick’s recent output has focused on empowering the black community, through his lyrical output and through his events such as The Pop Out. Kendrick continues by reaffirming his own financial success, backed by many business ventures, and shouting out his successful year as being “God sent”. Kendrick uses the classic trump card phrase to indicate that he will choose confrontation over comfort, and how he is unafraid to challenge the culture.
### P.O.V.
This track opens with the classic Pharrell four count, before Pusha T delivers a relatively deadpan chorus, reminiscent of his style on Call My Bluff. Clipse pushes back against modern clout chasing while reaffirming their own status by giving you a glimpse of their own point of view. The track opens with choir vocals before the menacing synths kick in.
Pusha T opens his verse strong with yet another quotable lamenting the current state of hip hop:
> All I see is 60 day stars and 20 year thousandaires
> Not enough shoppin', whole lot of browsingaires
Pusha T continues, criticizing rappers whose lack of a real fan base results in high streaming numbers from social media but poor ticket sales. We see another jab at Jim Jones after taking shots at his (and numerous others) appearances on Zeus network, a low brow reality show network. He then follows it up with some of his best wordplay on the album:
> Sand color Rolls Royce, we like Saudis here
> The only Audi here is driven by my au pair
> Ghostface with the wrist, bird falconaire
> Willy Falcon, trunk full of talcum here
There’s the fairly obvious Saudis and falconaire connection, since falcons are a status symbol. He combines this with a reference to Ghostface Killah’s famous falcon bracelet while simultaneously referencing his own coke dealing with the wrist/bird wordplay. The scheme continues with a reference to a famous drug kingpin. In the middle of this falcon wordplay Pusha T brags that even his hired help drives comparative luxury, but it’s still not up to his high taste and standards.
Tyler the Creator, a known long time fan of the duo, features on the next verse, and he brings his usual repertoire such as his F40 Ferrari and a callback to his Flower Boy era. Tyler also uses the opportunity to sneak in his own cocaine bar:
> My nigga Push keep dirty white moving like mosh pits
>
The reference to Pusha T helps it feel more authentic and less like fake posturing. The verse also alleges that an unnamed collaborator, rumored to be Playboi Carti, was trying to sue him. Tyler ends by lamenting that his career is continuing to grow unlike his hero Ye, whose current bouts of unchecked mania are continually sabotaging his own career.
At this point we get a beat switch with the percussion getting a lot more prominent and Malice hopping on the mic. Malice’s verse compares his own success to the consequences that have arisen as a result of his conduct.
> Just to think I built a rap career off an oz
> I'm watchin' new niggas rap just to O.D
An obvious reference to the unfortunate many rappers that passed away from drug use at a young age. Malice seems to lament this fact, which compels him to share both sides of the lifestyle and how not everything is glamorous. Malice continues to examine his relationship with Clipse and spirituality further in the verse:
> Came back for the money, that's the Devil in me
> Had to hide it from the church, that's the Jekyll in me
The Jekyll and hide/Hyde reference is apparent, showing that Malice has two sides to him where he tries to be devout but struggles with sin and temptation. This duality of being devout in faith but still struggling to stay true to his beliefs is a long running theme of Malice’s verses throughout the album.
### So Be It
The second promotional single for the album, this track almost didn’t make the album, at least not in the intended form. The original version of this track features arguably the best sample flip on the album, which is of a 1970s track by Saudi artist Talal Mudah, but the sample wasn’t originally cleared. Swizz Beats caught wind of the issue, and was coincidentally on his way to Saudi Arabia, so he leveraged his local connections and cleared the sample.
Pusha T’s first verse pays homage to Street Life by Mobb Deep, where you can hear a similar flow to Prodigy’s opening verse. The connection is more apparent by the opening line which contains a very similar pattern, except Pusha T connects it to the Clipse by likening themselves to coke and their time at Louis Vuitton while also cleverly referencing the LV 8 ball jacket.
Pusha T spins braggadocious lyrics about his luxurious lifestyle, saying that his girl won’t even consider “lesser” designer brands (Giuseppe) and instead prefers the like of the Hermes Kelly bag (which he uses as a double entendre to refer to white girl aka coke), and bedding by Prada. He ends the verse with a threat to people who would test him of death while he continues to enjoy the luxuries of his current lifestyle.
> Buy a dog tag the same place that they baguette me
Malice’s verse takes more aim at critics and other less successful rappers while simultaneously continually referencing the origins of their wealth, cocaine. Lines such as “blow money, you owe money” ,“all black to black this ain’t traffic”, “Y'all tweet, bird talk, we all parrots” combine coke references with an image of success and disdain for the culturally bankrupt individuals. Malice also has multiple bars that tie back to the middle eastern sample, referencing DJ Khaled’s GOD DID single and a Kufiya head wrap. But the most ear catching part of his verse is when he addresses The Neptunes breakup.
> Wish upon the stars on my roof, they all scattered
> Ain't no more Neptunes, so P's Saturn
A clever reference to his Rolls Royce, he uses a space motif to showcase his current status and show his loyalty to Pharrell. This affirmed that Clipse were sticking with Pharrell in spite of the breakup of The Neptunes over a dispute with other member Chad Hugo, and using the fact that Saturn is a larger planet to emphasize that Pharrell is the larger and more influential artist.
Pusha T’s final verse is aimed squarely at Travis Scott, and recalls a potentially embarrassing personal detail where Pusha T comforted him in a vulnerable moment during his and Kylie’s breakup. Pusha T twists this, saying that Kylie doesn’t need Travis for success and emasculates him for being emotional over someone who participates in the attention seeking lifestyle Pusha and Malice continually talk down on. Through interviews, Pusha T revealed that the diss originated from Travis interrupting their studio session to play an early version of MELTDOWN, only to hear the final version later where Drake disses Pharrell. Travis has been exhibiting this two faced behavior for while at this point, aligning himself with whom he thinks will generate the biggest buzz regardless of any moral code, which is in staunch opposition to Clipse’s values.
### Ace Trumpets
The lead single off the album, Ace Trumpets brazenly captures the Clipse’s past two years recording in Paris and participating in high end fashion culture. The chorus capture the lifestyle and opulence perfectly
> Ballerinas doin' pirouettes inside of my snow globe
> Shoppin' sprees in SoHo
> You had to see it, strippers shakin' ass and watchin' the dough blow
> Ace trumpets and Rose Mo's
The opening line emphasizes Clipse being in control of their world and lifestyle, while the rest of the chorus contains depictions of their luxurious lifestyle and not so subtle rhetoric referring to their known coke rap origins.
Pusha T reiterates this in opening lines:
> Yellow diamonds look like pee-pee
> Bitches fly from D.C. on my private to Waikiki, three-peat
Pusha T uses juvenile humor to refer to his luxury status of jewelry and trips while simultaneously bragging about getting women, especially with the fly on my private in reference to pee-pee on the prior bar. We get bars where Pusha T sons other rappers and asserts they are copying him, an assertion dating back to Mr. Me Too. Which leads into some of my favorite bars in Pusha’s verse.
> White glove service with the brick, I am Luigi
> Sold ecstasy and disappeared, I am Houdini
> Look at them, him and him, still waitin' on Yeezy
> I hope you got your squeegees
White glove service evokes the feeling of high class, comparing the usage to famous Nintendo character Luigi. The selling ecstasy bar is a clever double entendre referring to Pusha’s ability to sell drugs and get away with it while also paying homage to rap group Whodini, where one of the former members went by Ecstasy. The final parts address the situation with Kanye. He addresses people who are still fans or supportive of Kanye, playfully suggesting that they have their work cut out for them to address or contain his continually growing PR nightmare from all of his recent antics.
Pusha T finally ends his verse re-connecting to their recent lifestyle in Paris:
> International flights, connect me to the Wi-Fi
The intentional variation of the pronunciation of Wi-Fi mirrors the European pronunciation, showing that he has fully embraced the Paris fashion and luxury culture.
Malice takes a similar, but slightly different approach, depicting the niceties of a beach vacation with the realities of dealing. The opening lines have a food motif, with the Penne Alla Vodka, pronouncing imposter as ‘impasta’ , and Focaccia lines. Malice then flips a classic hip hop trope of using the piece/peace homonyms to highlight violent outcomes, which in this case refers to Mahatma Gandhi and his stand for peace in India.
> You was Fu-Gee-La-La, I was Alibaba
> Dressed in House of Gucci, made from sellin' Lady Gaga
A line that perfectly encapsulates the Clipse. You have high fashion taste, relevant cultural references (House of Gucci is a film starring Lady Gaga), and of course coke bars. It also ties back to the previous line, and how Alibaba could be seen as referring to his vast distribution network for moving weight. He also name drops popular Fugees song Fu-Gee-La here which underscores that his financial success was not primarily tied to his music.
### All Things Considered
On this track, we’re hit with a much glitzier and subdued instrumental, with features from Pharrell and The Dream. Pusha T and Malice focus on challenging moments of loss, which is contrasted to Pharrell’s hook which highlights the true extravagance of their lifestyle. Exotic leathers and walls stuffed full of coke paint a picture of success and show that in spite of the struggles, everything was worth it.
Pusha T opens up the verse harkening back to the opening track’s topic of familial loss. He grieves the loss of the mother before opening up that he and his wife Virginia lost a child due to a miscarriage.
> I pays for my stork wit' the baby in it
> If the sky's not your limit, you'll never get it
He continues, showing that in spite of tragedy that they are continuing to try for a baby, specifically leveraging IVF. Since the release of the album, Pusha T would publicly share that he and Virginia are expecting their second child, manifesting the reality of the verse.
The verse ends with Pusha T seemingly taking his personal anger and frustrations out on others, painting the usual threats of violence of life of dealing in a different light by implying the pain of his own personal struggles is fueling the threats. Pusha T then references J Prince which is a slight against Drake because during the height of Pusha T’s beef with Drake in 2018 J Prince allegedly stopped a “career ending diss”. Pusha dismisses this, saying they aren’t ready for the smoke.
Malice’s verse centers around his past drug dealing, his rap career and lifestyle empowered by it, and his decision to return to the group. He tells a vivid story, portraying a successful drug dealer and crew that got busted, the ensuing trial, and then the murder of the snitch. He implies that because the lifestyle started in violence it was destined to end in violence. He concludes by implying that his return to rap is preventing others from succumbing to the same fate of his friends by using his own struggles and failures as a lesson to others.
> I saw the vision
> My homies that didn't die was all in prison
> Visits behind the glass, my mirror image
> ...
> Identifying the body, it takes forensics
> Guns, Czechoslovakian
> It starts and ends it
### M.T.B.T.T.F.
One of the hardest tracks on the album, Mick Tyson Blow to the Face starts both verses acapella before the hard hitting beat lands like a bombshell. Pusha T and Malice have such a strong presence on the mic, that you hang on every word they say and fill in the beat with your mind. By the time the beat finally hits, it hits like a bombshell with such intensity that it’ll have you knocking your head with your biggest stank face. The song is built around a double entendre, comparing Mike Tyson’s punches to the strength (or amount) of cocaine while simultaneously referencing his infamous use of the drug.
> White back to back Rolls at my gates
> White slavemaster souls in my safe
> White python Manolo is the taste
> She want a Mike Tyson blow to the face
Pusha T explicitly compares different ‘white’ luxuries, including a clever reference to dollar bills, while leaving the ‘white’ for the over cocaine reference implied. The Manolo Scarface reference in addition to the Italian brand is also a nice double entendre.
> The Bezos of the nasal, that's case closed
This line feels like a spiritual successor to similar bars in Pusha T’s earlier work such as “L Ron Hubbard of the cupboard” or “Cocaine’s Dr. Seuss”. Not the most lyrically complex, but extremely entertaining.
Malice is no slouch on this track either.
> Took change and touched chains like King Midas
> Imitation is flattery, they seem like us
> But only 300 bricks can make you Leonidas
Malice returns to a common theme that the brothers' success invites copycats and wannabes, but they have the background and talent to actually materialize it at a scale that is impossible to copy, comparing their dealings to that of Leonidas and King Midas, both figures tracing back to ancient Greece. The Leonidas wordplay also has a nice double entendre in that it refers to a famous drug trafficker by the same name.
> D class in my ears now let me see you bite it
We get a pretty clear Mike Tyson reference to his fight with Evander where he infamously bit his ear. D class is the highest color grade for diamonds, which would also make it difficult for contemporaries and posers to “bite” and copy his choice of earrings in this. This interpretation seems especially apropos given the “imitation is flattery” bar immediately preceding.
### E.B.I.T.D.A.
Leveraging a term familiar to those in business or employees of massive corporations, EBITDA stands for earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization. In simpler terms, it refers to a common measurement used in business leadership to ascertain how profitable a business is. The obvious comparison is that they are moving such large volumes of drugs that they are in leagues with the most successful businesses in the world, and it implies a high level of sophistication to their operation. The comparison of their own personal success in relation to E.B.I.T.D.A. further paints a picture of just how financially successful Clipse have become.
Featuring verses from Pharrell, Pusha T, and then a verse where Pusha T and Malice trade bars. As you listen to the bars across the track, there’s a driving motif repeated throughout, with the obvious implication being the drug trafficking occurring that powers their empire.
> F80 knot you, tie it to me
> Just to get from A to B and ain't drive it to see
Pharrell kicks off the motif in his verse, with a reference to his Ferrari. The “abc” wordplay also emphasizes his focus on maintaining focus on his business. There are more explicit trafficking lines starting in Pusha T’s verse:
> Sending for the Gordo pies?
> Picked up the Turo and drive
> Straight up the 405
Turo is a rental car company, and the 405 is an interstate that goes along the west coast of the US. We get another reference in the chorus:
> Bitches in the back, the seat is up
And then again during Pusha T and Malice’s joint verse:
> Open the sunroof, wave to my father
> Remembering the shipments at the Portsmouth Harbor
The first line is a bit of a double entendre referring both to God and their literal father who passed. The second refers to a port that is local to Virginia Beach where the Clipse grew up, tying their operation to their early days. Pusha and Malice further reflect on their success and their operation as the verse continues
> Lifting all this weight, now I live behind the gate
> Should DJ the way they digging through the crates
The weight referring to the literal transfer of goods and the slang for drugs emphasizes how their drug empire has afforded them a life of luxury. They go as far as to compare their help to DJs and how it used to be common for them to dig in crates of vinyl to how their workers pull out the smuggled drugs out of the shipment containers.
### F.I.C.O.
Continuing the financial talk of E.B.I.T.D.A. , we get another acronym, this time referring to the more consumer known F.I.C.O. score. But while the acronym may be more widely known, the exclusive and high success standards of the Clipse are no lower on this track. The track gets its title from a bar in Pusha T’s first verse, where he declares that Clipse only deals with the most business savvy and trustworthy people.
> If you re-ing up with us then your credit score gotta be
> F.I.C.O. I'm talkin' 850 or bust
Pusha T’s verse focuses on the gritty reality of being a drug kingpin, with a particular emphasis on taking out the opposition. My favorite line is when these concepts are tied together at the end of Pusha’s verse where he compares the gradual payments of a layaway to a tortuously slow death enacted:
> When you pay a nigga back, like it's layaway, whispering "die slow"
> The last words you hear in the trunk
F.I.C.O. features arguably the most memorable and standout chorus on the project from Stove God Cooks which blends melodic flow with clever punchlines and visceral imagery.
> Wit' a fetti so strong you gotta bag it wit' one eye closed
While Stove God Cooks uses clever wordplay to connect Fentanyl and famed rapper Fetty Wap who famously only has one working eye. The comparison is especially apropos given Fetty Wap’s prison sentence for drug trafficking. Stove God Cooks finishes the chorus with memorable bars on an “inside out”. The last bar is my favorite, which calls back to the Fresh Prince of Bel Air and how Will Smith would wear his school jacket inside out as a fashion statement.
Malice’s verse focuses on his own internal grit and struggle to survive in the business, a reality suffered by the harsh conditions and ‘wild west’ nature of a more lawless occupation. We get lots of visceral language detailing the harsh conditions he endured, and what he had to do to make it.
> I was 5'6", shoulder with a chip
Malice compares himself having something to prove with Lawrence Taylor, number 56 of the Giants who famously played with an injured shoulder and went on to win the game.
> My story gon' hit the first 48
> Then it's on Dateline 'cause this really shit I'd done
The First 48 and Dateline are both true crime shows that focus on violent crime, which Malice uses to assert his own authenticity. Also of key note, all of the numbers referenced in Malice’s verse [add up to 48 as originally pointed out by Dissect Podcast](https://x.com/dissectpodcast/status/1954319971951251912).
### Inglorious Bastards
Inglorious Bastards feels like a homecoming of sorts, with a classic sounding percussion heavy production from Pharrell and a feature from Re-Up gang member Ab-Liva. But as the song begins, we open with a speech from Jesse Jackson at a music festival that refers to the 1965 Watt Riots. The ethos of the message is clear: African Americans went from being victimized by white people in charge to taking what they needed. Clipse uses this as an anchor point to frame the song in how their self-made success is a result of them manifesting this message, by reaching out, working, and then claiming success rather than waiting for it.
This is immediately apparent as Pusha T opens his verse with how he’s “in the kitchen where the dope is”. Pusha T’s verse continues:
> Columbian stallions in a stable
> With natural titties and no navels
> Only work getting done is on the table
We get a familiar refrain of valuing ‘realness’ over fake appearances with the comparison to women and common cosmetic surgeries many famous celebrities undergo to fit in or be perceived as attractive. While the women to horses comparison is a little gauche, it serves the point while also cheekily tying back to a country known for their cocaine production.
This idea is also reinforced in the chorus with the reference to Juelz Satana’s *Second Coming*:
> Inglorious, victorious
> Wide body, B.I.G. like Notorious
> Tell me is we trafficking or trickin'
> Somebody gotta show me the difference
On the surface, this is a reiteration of the album’s key themes of success and credibility with the reference to Notorious B.I.G. But the connection goes deeper if you remember the original hook and how it mirrors the opening quote from Jesse Jackson and how victory is something to be seized and worked for.
The ideas continue in Malice’s verse as he focused on the hard work he’s put in
> Stand on every word whenever I wrote shit
> Under my boots, nigga, nothin’ but goat shit
We get the guise of authenticity juxtaposed against manual labor, as the imagery of someone in boots with literal goat shit under them hearkens to farm workers. By flipping a common acronym of G.O.A.T., Malice opens his verse by showing that his hard work is the basis for him being the greatest.
Ab-Liva also adds to the mix with some more playful wordplay
> Been playin' in the snow like Rudolph
> In that 2 door, roof helping me cool off
> Chains on me like Slick Rick the Ruler
> Seats white but the 6 blacker than Umar
Rudolph plays on the snow/coke reference and the fact that nosebleeds are a common side effect of cocaine usage. Ab-Liva compares his 6 Series BMW to famed black activist Dr. Umar, who is known for his stanch views against interracial marriage, which Ab-Liva cleverly pokes fun at.
### So Far Ahead
We open with a choir backing a Pharrell chorus that feels celebratory and refined, a testament to the fruits of the labor of the Clipse and Pharrell’s long and storied careers. Pharrell’s hook while perhaps seeming a little odd at first is deceptively catchy and features a nice falsetto performance. Clipse creates tension against this with verses that are a lot grittier.
> If I was Brittney Griner, I'ma need Obama
> Only one to swap is Chapo
> Furthest from the streets, Monica, Denise
> Good bitches fuck with Rocco's
The first bars refer to a time when famed WNBA player was arrested for cannabis possession and Joe Biden swapped her for Viktor Bout in a prisoner exchange with Russia. Pusha T then says by comparison, if he were to be swapped, the only comparable option would be famed drug lord El Chapo himself. The next two bars compare how women are attracted to guys who live the street lifestyle by alluding to singer Monica’s relationship with rapper Rocko. Monica’s background was in the church while Rocko’s was in the street, highlighting the duality.
Malice’s verse takes a different angle, focusing on his decision to take a hiatus from the rap game, which one could take as a natural conclusion of the gritty realities described in Pusha’s verse.
> No mistaking me for the reverend
> Ushering the money, my confession
Malice paints himself as having faults and not being worthy of the pedestal of spirituality some people put him on, with the implication in the next bar being a result of his sin and greed. There’s a clever reference to Usher’s confessions that gives it some extra punch.
> I done been both Mason Betha's
> I done been at both intersections
Ma$e famously also took a hiatus from hip hop in order to get his spiritual life in order. Malice finds a kinship he can relate to here, where they both seemingly enjoy the spotlight and lifestyle of hip hop but are conflicted in their desire to be right with God. Malice’s verse ends by reiterating the conclusion to trust God at the end of the day by playing on a well known idiom of “Jesus take the wheel”.
> When you feel you in too deep
> Let God take the wheel like a Tesla
### Let God Sort Em Out / Chandeliers
We get one last hurrah of straight bars on the penultimate track, where Pusha T, Malice, and Nas all get to show off their rap prowess. Pusha T and Malice take the first half of the track, Let God Sort Em Out, taking turns alternating on a shared verse with sentiments that feel reminiscent of *Mr. Me Too*. The line “six years ago shit” is particularly interesting. Of note, six years ago would be roughly 2018, which would put this roughly around when Pusha T dropped Daytona. This has led to some speculation that the ‘ghost’ reference may be referring to Drake’s Duppy Freestyle , since Duppy translates to a ghost or spirit. Pusha T has another great flow a little later in the track:
> The pen to express my drеams and expertise
> And TEC's I squeezе
> Coke spots all over like leprosy
The 3 syllable count at the end is particularly satisfying to listen to, as Pusha T compares his pen to the gritty realities of drug dealing they’ve been showcasing this whole album.
At the conclusion of the first verse, we get a name drop of Chandeliers, the name of the second half of the track. After a classic Pharrell 4 count intro, we get Nas who takes the opportunity to flex his impressive late career run.
> Single-handedly boosted rap to its truest place
> Fuck speaking candidly, I alone did rejuvenate
> Hip-hop into its newest place
> Made it cool for Grammy nominated LP's from previous generation MC's
Nas reflects on his career, showing his influence in the culture beyond just the songs. King’s Disease famously won a grammy award back in 2020, which was highly unusual for a previous generation MC. Nas makes the connection that he was important back in the day and still is pushing the genre today.
### By the Grace of God
By the Grace of God is a culmination of the album's themes: the success, the trials and tribulations, all worked out in the Clipse’s favor in spite of the constant danger of being apprehended.
> Went from mason jars to crepe tartare's
> Escape the odds by the Grace of God
Pusha T’s pre-chorus paints the connection of where they started to where they are at now by comparing the tools of the trade to gourmet meals. Pharrell continues the comparison on the hook.
> I've seen entire empires crumble and fall
> Yes, I've seen it all
> They missed this wall
> By the Grace of God
It’s common to hide drugs in walls as part of an illegal operation, so the threat of being caught was figuratively and literally possible often. This is most easily appreciable by the fact that their longtime manager Anthony Gonzalez was sentenced to 32 years for drug conspiracy.
Malice’s final verse concludes his long running personal theme of the album where he wrestles with his own personal struggles with faith.
> Cleaning out your closet
> The one you kept your demons in
This line in particular has deep personal meaning to Malice. It refers to how he felt like he had to step away from the Clipse to get his spiritual life in order, but it also refers to his personal space. In an interview, Malice discusses praying every morning and using their closet space to avoid disturbing his wife. In essence, Malice is clearing his own conscience in order to make room for his spirituality.
Pusha T details his own struggles, but in his typical more brazen fashion he shows vulnerability in the same breath that he showcases his confrontational nature. Fitting given all of the shots he takes at other rappers across this album, and by larger extent his career.
> Tears on my pillow case
> Was I spitting in yo' face
But Pusha T’s verse is best summed up by his final lines.
> In closing, I see I'm chosen
> All my pressure points frozen
> You know how it goes
Pusha T re-emphasizes similar points as Malice’s verse in how fortunate they were to escape the lifestyle unscathed. He also notes how his life challenges, between the death of their parents, the miscarriage of a child, and the struggles of their career, have forced him to grow stronger and toughen up. But if we are to believe everything Clipse has told us over the course of this album, all things considered it looks like they think it was all worth it.

For those of you who have been asking for a better feeling 140 RPM Hand Cannon in D2, your prayers have been answered! Boosting the highest range and stability of ANY adaptive archetype legendary HC, decent aim assist and recoil direction, a high mag size, and fair reload speed and handling, the Austringer is everything you could want in a legendary, non-pinnacle PvP primary. It's not quite competitive with Ace of Spades in terms of range, and no perk it has holds a candle to Memento Mori, but it actually has better stability and I think that lends itself to feeling a little bit snappier on console, though PC players may still prefer AoS. The curated roll comes with two of the perks I recommend on the God-Roll, Outlaw and Rangefinder, but I really think PvP players could do better for the barrel and magazine. I prefer Hammer-Forged Rifling and Accurized Rounds, in an attempt to max out range in conjunction with Rangefinder. If you don't get a range increasing barrel perk, don't worry, because some more stability on a 140 never hurt anyone, and perks like Polygonal Rifling will still treat your right. If you want to use the weapon in PvE, Falred Magwell will be the preferred magazine, and you can swap Rangefinder for Rampage, which is also solid for PvP.

Perhaps a sleeper favorite hidden in the Menagerie's loot pool, the new Drang benefits not only from a stellar perk pool, but also from a massive buff to Sturm which allows it a nearly unlimited supply of massive damage bullets, provided you stack kills up with Drang first. Stat-wise, Drang is solid if not spectacular across the board (with the exception of very good handling, and very poor recoil direction for a sidearm). When paired with Sturm in PvP, I recommend a roll that pushes out both stability and range, so Smallbore or Corkscrew Rifling and Ricochet Rounds are my choice for barrel and magazine (you could also go with Chambered Compensator if the recoil direction feels like a bit much to handle, but Arrowhead Brake is overkill). I like Quickdraw in trait slot 1 for the massive boost to draw speed, and Rampage in the last slot, since it makes it just a bit easier to chain kills together.
In PvE, I want to go in another direction entirely. We know that the main point of running Drang is to get as many kills as possible, as opposed to DPS, so we want to lean in on that focus. Barrel perk is not very important, but we want Armor-Piercing Rounds, Disruption Break, and Shield Disorient as the next three perks. Why, you ask? Well, for one, Drang is an energy weapon which means it specializes at hitting shielded enemies, and Armor-Piercing Rounds leans in on that with a bit of bonus damage. Then, when you do break a shield, not only does it disorient all enemies in the vicinity of the shield (if the element was matched) but it leaves the target vulnerable to kinetic damage, which we're all too happy to provide with Sturm and it's many super-charged bullets. So you'll want to clean up some adds, break a major's shield, swap to Sturm to finish it off, then swap back to Drang and repeat the cycle. Very fun little gameplay loop, to me on par with the joy that comes from running any fully-automatic weapon with Demolitionist and pairing it with several Ordnance Mods.

Not a huge fan of this gun, unfortunately, for a number of reasons. First, MIDA Multi-Tool itself, though perhaps one of the stronger scouts in the current meta, is more of a handicap than an asset to use in most circumstances, which means the special MIDA synergy perk is overshadowed by the fact that you don't have a very useful kinetic weapon. Second, 900 RPM SMGs still suffer from horrendous stability issues on console, and have relatively difficult to achieve optimal TtKs which keep them out of the competitive meta (Recluse excluded). Third, despite the fact that this gun is perhaps the best of the randomly rolled Lightweights, I just don't find the perks to be exciting or the stats to be worth writing home about.
Stat-wise, yes the stability and handling are good, but both the recoil direction and range are poor, and the aim assist, mag size and reload speed are all just average. This leads to a relatively hard to control weapon with a limited optimal engagement distance and little margin for error, which is the opposite of what I'm really looking for. Perk-wise, I feel like it's almost necessary to use on that increases recoil direction or stability (at least on console where I play), and then spend a second perk in the mag slot just to try to get the range up to a more usable level, be it Ricochet Rounds, HCR, APR, or even Light Mag.
In the first trait slot, every perk I recommend is geared towards making the gun easier to use, and I think which one you use will be personal preference. Dynamic Sway Reduction helps improve accuracy as you maintain fire, and that or Moving Target (increased AA and movement speed when ADS) would be my personal choices, but Eye of the Storm has proven to be useful when your health is low, and Slideways is perhaps the most consistent to activate on an SMG. In the last perk slot, Feeding Frenzy is really the only perk that differentiates itself from the rest for PvP, with Surrounded being useful for PvE. I haven't found Tap the Trigger to be super useful on guns which function as literal bullet hoses, but it is better than nothing.
The curated roll is interesting, and there is some neat synergy between Eye of the Storm and Underdog, which both trigger when you're wounded, but I don't feel like the benefits outweigh the risk you undertake in engaging when using them.
Overall, it's not really that this gun is specifically bad, more so that many of the other weapons in the pool are very strong, and I don't feel like this one quite stacks up (although that could be due more to the extenuating circumstances of a generally weak archetype and poor exotic pairing) than the weapon itself. I suppose if you really want to use a Lightweight SMG in PvE that isn't Recluse, this gun with Surrounded would be the best choice.

***The Epicurean*** - Energy (Void) - Rune of Excess + Any Green Rune
>Pros - Very high range, aim assist and recoil direction. Above average stability and inventory.
>Neutral - Average mag size, bolts to kill, charge time, reload speed, and handling.
>Cons - None.
* Charge Time: ~740 ms
* Bolts to Kill: 5
* Impact: 80 (39 per bolt)
* Range: 63
* Stability: 54
* Reload Speed: 33
* Handling: 37
* Inventory: 39
* Aim Assist: 65
* Recoil Direction: 80
* Mag Size: 5
Recommended Random Perks:
* Barrels - Smallbore, Polygonal Rifling, Hammer-Forged Rifling, Corkscrew Rifling, Fluted Barrel
* Magazine - **Projection Fuse/Particle Repeater/Liquid Coils**
* Trait 1 - **Tap the Trigger**, Feeding Frenzy, Under Pressure
* Trait 2 - **Backup Plan/Moving Target**, Rangefinder, Swashbuckler, Kill Clip
Curated/Masterworked Perks:
* Barrels - Hammer-Forged Rifling
* Magazine - Accelerated Coils
* Trait 1 - **Tap the Trigger**
* Trait 2 - **Backup Plan**
As we mentioned in the Crown of Sorrows Raid Weapon breakdown with the 150 RPM Scout Rifles, sometimes we run into a pattern of weapons where we see that whoever is creating them absolutely has a favorite type that they make, over and over again. The same appears to be true for Precision Fusion Rifles, as The Epicurean now joins the Main Ingredient and Tempered Dynamo in the randomly rolled, non-special event loot pool (compared to only a single Rapid-Fire, single Adaptive, and a single High-Impact, since Wizened Rebuke is trapped behind Iron Banner). My problem with this is that it's hard to give us something that we haven't seen before, but Epicurean manages to do it. Tap the Trigger and Backup Plan are phenomenal perks, and we've not yet been able to pair the two together on a Precision Frame. The curated roll does this, and in a pleasant surprise you can get a random roll with the same options as well, which is great because I'd prefer to swap Liquid Coils for Acc Coils, since Backup Plan completely negates the increased charged time, and you still get the benefit of more damage per bolt to help seal the longer range and high resiliency kills. For barrels (and magazines if you don't have Liquid Coils), you can use whatever your preference is. I usually try to go range first, but if it's a little hard to handle more stability can tighten up that bolt spread for you.
In addition, stat-wise the gun is quite impressive, with fantastic range and recoil direction, plus high aim assist and stability. Highly recommend this gun if you already like fusions, or if you're looking to get into them and you think Erentil's charge rate is just a bit on the slow side.

**Adaptive**
***Beloved*** - Energy (Solar) - Rune of Jubilation + Any Red Rune
>Pros - High aim assist. Low zoom. Above average stability and handling.
>Neutral - Average range and mag size.
>Cons - Low inventory.
* Time-Between-Shots: 0.67s
* Rate of Fire: 90
* Impact: 70 (394 crit, 131 body)
* Range: 55
* Stability: 51
* Reload Speed: 44
* Handling: 52
* Inventory: 36
* Aim Assist: 68
* Mag Size: 4
* Zoom: 40
Recommended Random Perks:
* Barrels - **Fluted Barrel**, Arrowhead Brake, Corkscrew Rifling, Hammer-Forged Rifling, Smallbore, Polygonal Rifling
* Magazine - **Accurized Rounds/Flared Magwell**, Appended Mag, Tactical Mag, Alloy Mag, Extended Mag
* Trait 1 - **No Distractions/Snapshot**, Firmly Planted, Mulligan
* Trait 2 - **Box Breathing/Quickdraw**, Moving Target, Rampage
Curated Perks:
* Barrels - Chambered Compensator
* Magazine - **Accurized Rounds**
* Trait 1 - **No Distractions**
* Trait 2 - **Box Breathing**
If you like sniping (or even if you don't) I think this is a gun you need to have. For one thing, it's the only sniper in the current loot pool that can roll with the brilliant "No Distractions" perk, which greatly decreases head-on flinch after going ADS for a short time, and is massively helpful for both PvE players and the more passive, defensive PvP lane snipers who spend a decent amount of time hardscoped. Because it does take approximately 1.5 seconds to activate, it's not a great perk for quickscopers, but that's okay because Snapshot rolls in the same trait slot, so there's something for everyone on this gun! It also can get Box Breathing, which activates at the same time as No Distractions, and when active can allow a savvy player to one-shot supers in PvP, something very few other weapons can do. The curated roll is almost perfect for the more passive snipers we discussed earlier, except that Chambered Compensator slightly hurts handling, and I can't stand for that. Try to get a random roll with the same perks, but Fluted Barrel instead, and you'll be golden.
If you only get one or the other (or you don't like having to stay ADS to activate perks) go for Snapshot and/or Quickdraw to up the handling and ADS speed. If you've already got Snapshot and Fluted Barrel for your handling and ADS speed, you could try to get Moving Target or Rampage in the last slot, both of which are pretty decent for PvP, though I probably wouldn't take them over Quickdraw if you aren't able to get Snapshot and a handling barrel. Firmly Planted in trait slot 1 is starting to gain some momentum as a niche perk for both the sliding snipers and the most immobile of laners (ironically helping the two types of players on polar opposite ends of the sniper playstyle spectrums), which I respect but I find it very difficult to use myself.
For PvE, the curated roll works well, or you can try to go for Appended or Tactical Mag, Field Prep, and Fourth Times the Charm.
In terms of stats, it's pretty phenomenal, with great aim assist and low zoom, and above average base handling speed. I look forward to this gun living up to its namesake's (LDR-5001) status as the most common sniper in the Crucible.

**Aggressive**
***Imperial Decree*** - Kinetic - Rune of Wealth + Any Green Rune
>Pros - Aggressive shotty with Trench Barrel.
>Neutral - Average range and inventory.
>Cons - Very slow RoF. Low mag size, aim assist. Below average stability, reload, and handling.
* Time-Between-Shots: 1.10s
* Rate of Fire: 55
* Impact: 80 (21.5 per pellet)
* Range: 36
* Stability: 36
* Reload Speed: 40
* Handling: 37
* Inventory: 39
* Aim Assist: 35
* Mag Size: 4
Recommended Random Perks:
* Barrels - **Barrel Shroud (PvE)/Full Choke (PvP)/Rifled Barrel (PvP)**, Smallbore, Corkscrew Rifling
* Magazine - **Tactical Mag (PvE)/Assault Mag (PvE)/Accurized Rounds (PvP)**, Appended Mag, Light Mag, Extended Mag
* Trait 1 - **Grave Robber (PvE)/Slideshot (PvP)**, Full Auto (PvE), Feeding Frenzy
* Trait 2 - **Trench Barrel (PvE)**, Rampage, Swashbuckler
Curated Perks:
* Barrels - **Barrel Shroud**
* Magazine - **Accurized Rounds**
* Trait 1 - **Grave Robber**
* Trait 2 - **Trench Barrel**
This is an Aggressive Kinetic shotty with Trench Barrel, and that's just about all you need to know! Realistically, if you've been looking for a way to run a different energy weapon while still maintaining the burst damage advantage that comes with having a Trench Barrel shotty, this is only your second option, and it's the first that isn't a Rapid-Fire archetype, so that alone may be worth it.
For barrels, I recommend Full Choke to tighten up the pellet spread or Rifled Barrel for the range in PvP, and in PvE you can really use any barrel you prefer that isn't Smoothbore (widens the pellet spread too much) or Full Choke (hurts precision damage). I'd probably want Barrel Shroud or Corkscrew Rifling for the increases to handling speed, because I don't think stability or range are super important for an aggressive shotty in PvE, but your mileage may vary.
For magazines, Accurized Rounds for PvP or Tactical or Assault Mag for PvE. Tac Mag gives an extra shot in the mag and speeds up reload speed, while Assualt Mag speeds up the RoF slightly and up stability. Trench Barrel is obviously the only choice in the last trait slot for PvE, and then Grave Robber has great synergy with it in the first slot, which is exactly what the curated roll has. You could also use Full Auto in PvE, but the RoF boost it gives is way down from what it once was. Slideshot is the best option in slot 1 for PvP, and in slot 2 you can choose between Rampage or Swashbuckler for PvP.
I think this weapon's perks are more focused for PvE than PvP, but stat-wise it's a little better than the other two Kinetic Aggressive options, Baligant and Toil and Trouble, with higher range and aim assist. As I mentioned before the curated roll is excellent for PvE, so if you get that you can be very happy with it.

**High-Impact**
***Fixed Odds*** - Heavy (Solar) - Rune of Ambition + Any Blue Rune
>Pros - High range.
>Neutral - None.
>Cons - Very low aim assist and reload speed. Low mag size, recoil direction, and stability. Below average handling and inventory.
* Time-to-Kill: 0.50s (4 crit), 0.83s (6 body)
* Rate of Fire: 360
* Impact: 70 (48 crit, 34 body)
* Range: 66
* Stability: 35
* Reload Speed: 37
* Handling: 37
* Aim Assist: 33
* Recoil Direction: 66
* Mag Size: 35
Recommended Random Perks:
* Barrels - **Arrowhead Brake/Chambered Compensator**, Polygonal Rifling, Smallbore, Corkscrew Rifling, , Fluted Barrel, Hammer-Forged Rifling
* Magazine - **Ricochet Rounds (PvP)/High-Caliber Rounds (PvE)**, Flared Magwell, Light Mag, Appended Mag, Armor Piercing Rounds, Alloy Mag, Extended Mag
* Trait 1 - **Feeding Frenzy**, Field Prep, Threat Detector, Quickdraw, No Distractions
* Trait 2 - **Rampage**, Tap the Trigger, Firmly Planted, Rangefinder
Curated Perks:
* Barrels - Hammer-Forged Rifling
* Magazine - **Armor Piercing Rounds**
* Trait 1 - **Feeding Frenzy**
* Trait 2 - **Rampage**
Not quite as much of a fan of this High-Impact MG as I am the one from Crown of Sorrows, but it's still decent. When it comes down to it, the possible rolls are almost identical, the curated roll is IMO much better, but the stats are a bit worse where it matters. For comparison, Fixed Odds has lower range than Bane of Sorrow, in addition to a smaller mag size, lower inventory, and worse reload and handling speed. It does have slightly higher stability and 3 more aim assist, but I'm not sure that's the best trade off. What it comes down to, is that you could use Hammerhead, which is a totally separate archetype, but is better in literally every stat across the board except range, where it is only 2 lower. At least if you use Bane of Sorrow, you have a pretty decent range advantage (7), faster handling and higher inventory than Hammerhead.
All that being said, if you do have a Fixed Odds and you want to take it for a very bumpy spin, I recommend pretty much the exact same perks as on the Bane of Sorrows. Try to get barrel perks that help with recoil direction first, then stability, and Ricochet Rounds is king for the magazine perks in PvP. If you want, you can grab a magazine that increases reload speed for PvE, but in my experience it's mostly a DPS tool compared to add cleanup (which is 21% Delirium's domain), and there are so often rally barricades or wells to rely on for reloading that it's not my top priority.
Rampage and Feeding Frenzy round out the perks you'll want to look for in terms of usability. I will say that having Field Prep can be a pretty major plus, so if you get that in trait slot 1 don't be disappointed, and I wouldn't sleep on Tap the Trigger or Firmly Planted in the last slot either!

As you guys probably already know there was a google survey done by [u/Get-It-Gotand](https://www.reddit.com/u/Get-It-Gotand/) he pretty much found out that the official numbers are most likely bullshit.
\- This is a direct quote from [u/Get-It-Got](https://www.reddit.com/u/Get-It-Got/)

There is a lack of data for the rest of Europe, but if you feel like it YOU can step in!

https://www.reddit.com/r/DDintoGME/comments/oykaws/google_survey_for_germany_germany_owns_the_boat/I upkeep this document so I can help people I know remove all the ads possible from their devices. Basically this covers everything I use day to day. If you have anything I missed comment about it and I might add it. It's all stuff that's mostly simple.
\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_\_
**Never-Ad Lifestyle**
Hate ads? Never want to see an ad? Not that tech savvy? You can see substantially fewer ads in your life. None of this costs money (basically). Fuck a subscription. Fuck advertising spam poisoning your every online interaction. Each bullet point takes only a few minutes. TBH it is very satisfying to do them.
1. **Phone Calls** \- Reduce your number of robo-calls by registering with the government’s Do Not Call service. The website couldn’t be simpler, just put in your number and email and confirm. [https://www.donotcall.gov/](https://www.donotcall.gov/)
2. **Junk Physical Mail and Email** \- Ads sent right to your door! Often disguised as important things only to have you suddenly looking down the barrel of an ad. Letters pile up and you don't know what's important and what's trying to get your money, but you can opt out of a lot of this!
* **Credit and Insurance offers opt out.** Fill out a short form on this site and don't get credit or insurance offers in the mail for 5 whole years! Mark your calendar to remember to re-up it in five years. Takes 1-2 minutes. [https://www.optoutprescreen.com/](https://www.optoutprescreen.com/)
* **All non-solicited promotional mail.** Not perfect, but it cuts back on all kinds of junk Mail. Make an account, list the names you want to not receive junk mail from, pay a $6 fee, and you are locked in for 10 years. [https://www.dmachoice.org/](https://www.dmachoice.org/)
* **Unsolicited emails.** From the same service as above. Again, won't be perfect, but it's free, just enter your email: [https://www.ims-dm.com/cgi/optoutemps.php](https://www.ims-dm.com/cgi/optoutemps.php)
* **Catalog Choice stops individual solicitors.** So if you've been getting repeated mail from the same place, like a catalog. The account is free, you just search for a company and click opt out. [https://www.catalogchoice.org/](https://www.catalogchoice.org/)
* **Gmail “Manage Subscriptions” feature.** Click the 3 lines in the top left (same on desktop or phone). Scroll down to Manage Subscriptions. There is a list of your email list subscriptions here with a big friendly “Unsubscribe” button next to them. Unsubscribe.
3. **Desktop internet** \- An easy fix is using adblock "extensions" (add ons that add new features) on your browser, a one click download/install. Ublock Origin is the most effective.
* Chrome, Safari, Edge: Incompatible, Firefox: Compatible (let me know about other compatible browsers)
* Download: [Ublock Origin](https://chromewebstore.google.com/detail/ublock-origin/cjpalhdlnbpafiamejdnhcphjbkeiagm)
* Bonus: You know all of those pop ups that ask if you want to opt into “cookies” and you have to click them away? Download this extension and it will automatically reject most of them (works on desktop or mobile) [I Still Don’t Care About Cookies](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/istilldontcareaboutcookies/)
4. **Mobile/Phone Internet** \- You need a browser that supports “extensions”, which are add ons that add features. Again the goal is to get Ublock Origin. It even blocks YouTube ads if you watch on the website.
* Chrome, Safari, Edge: Incompatible, Firefox: Compatible (let me know about other compatible browsers)
* Then Download: [Ublock Origins](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/ublock-origin/)
* Additionally, download [SponsorBlock](https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/sponsorblock/) if you use YouTube. It automatically skips sponsored segments of videos. No more ad reads for NordVPN or Raid Shadow Legends.
5. **Social Media Apps** \- BUT you say most of your ads come from social media!?! They are right in my scrolling feeds! Not a problem. REVANCED is an open source project made by cool guys who hate ads. They provide versions of the apps you use, but with ads removed. You get an install file for the app, use Revanced to automatically edit (“patch”) it, and install the edited version of the app without ads. This works for YouTube, Facebook, Instagram etc. unfortunately Spotify is a bit tricky so there is an alternative method for Spotify below.
* Install **Revanced Manager** [Here](https://revanced.app/download)
* In Revanced Manager Select “Patcher” at the bottom, then “Select an App”. Underneath each app name is a link to download to proper version of the app for “patching” so go to the page it links you to and download that version.
* Back in Revanced, click the name of the app you just downloaded. A pop up will appear, press “select from storage” and navigate to and click the file you just downloaded on the screen that appears. That's it.
* If this is confusing at all follow these Youtube specific [Instructions](https://github.com/KobeW50/ReVanced-Documentation/blob/main/YT-ReVanced-Guide.md#before-you-begin). The concept is the same for each app.
6. **Music Streaming** \- Spotify is playing ads unless you pay a subscription. It does this while still stealing from artists (putting their music up against their wishes), underpaying them, and creating unsustainable models for music streaming that hurt the music industry. Instead, put your monthly subscription money aside and buy physical media (CDs, Vinyl, Tshirts) or tickets to support your favorite artists. But you can still use Spotify:
* **Spotifuck** is an app that replaces your version of Spotify with one that has Premium, for free! Download the app [here](https://drive.google.com/file/d/1cfdPWicrCaO7LX87Ep1yBjgs8Yp2QnDs/view?usp=sharing).
1. After downloading, go to your downloads and click the file to install the app. Log in and it should work right away. The app is basically a skin for a web version of the spotify player, so it may be a bit jenky, but it works fine.
* Or use Spotify less! Try out the app [RadioGarden](https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.jonathanpuckey.radiogarden). It allows you to connect to any digital radio station in the world! Most radio stations outside the US are free from ads. Use their premade lists to browse and mark stations you like, or Google for some that play genres you like. The world is a big place and there are stations for every genre you listen to, even niche stuff.
7. **Smart TV Home Screen** *-* Google is always pushing banner ads and suggested content right on your TV menus! Yuck! This is solved with a simple app that replaces your home screen.
* Download “Projectivity Launcher”, this is available in the normal smart TV app store (Google Play). It is an app that creates a new main menu free from ads. It works fine at download, but you may want to customize.
* Unfortunately, this menu does not replace your normal main menu automatically (because Google wants you to see those ads). So you need secondary steps to get there. Within Projectivity click Settings > General > Override Current Launcher and enable that setting.
* You may also need to enable Projectivity overriding your normal home screen in the device settings itself. If you have a firestick/Roku/Nvidia device this is going to be different. You may not have to at all.
1. [Nvidia Shield](https://youtu.be/WAKno02w7J0?si=aKKhyfGc37Zis9Ov) or android tv instructions.
8. **SmartTV YouTube** \- If you watch YouTube on your TV a lot, there is a way to get rid of these ads! SmartTube. It even skips sponsored segments of the videos.
* Download “Downloader” from the app store (orange icon, made by AFTV).
* Open Downloader and type “250931” into the search bar. It is a shortcut to a website that hosts apps.
* Scroll down to the “Smartube Next” icon and press install.
* Your device may not want you to install unofficial apps. If this happens on android/Google devices go to Settings>Apps>Security and Restrictions>Unknown Sources and hit the toggle by “Downloaded” to allow it to install unofficial apps. If you have another kind of device you'll have to look up how to toggle this on your device specifically, but it will just be one setting to toggle most likely.
* Login normally, use this instead of YouTube. No more ads.
9. **Streaming TV** \- Unfortunately, getting things ad-free on your TV is more advanced, but you can download anything you'd like to your computer through *\[redacted\]*. Here are the basics of \*\[redacted\]\*ing media from the internet: [How to Sail the High Seas](https://docs.google.com/presentation/d/1LLZBEUNpZRaYmApTOBhQ2mgPHOcYxloDZvEuVEYM_xk/edit?usp=sharing)
* If you want to become advanced in ad-avoidance, consider Plex and *\[redacted\]* as the pro-track. All media for free on all your devices, backed up so you have access forever. It's a great way to preserve media that could be lost (*this happens MUCH more than you think. 50-60% of all films before 1960 are lost. Where would you go to watch a show that's not on streaming anymore with no physical release?*). Also, it’s another great way to exit the rent/subscription economy that fuels tech billionaires’ ever-increasing wealth and power. They have purchased or created business monopolies on art, controlling your access as well as the artist's work. Don't let them dictate that the only moral way to access art is through their profit-driven system that shafts artists and turns movies into “content”. They also manipulate copyright laws and keep things out of the public domain to charge you for the work of people who are long dead. Use your savings to buy physical media and support your local theaters (Check Membership options). Donate to indie projects on Kickstarter. Subscribe to *Nebula* or *Dropout*, services that are independent or creator-owned.
10. **Physical Ads** *-* Things like bus stop ads and billboards. You’ll need to join your local government or begin a citizen advocacy group. Failing that, I would highly recommend coordinated sabotage. For inspiration, watch the film “How to Blow Up a Pipeline” or appreciate the work of activist group “inDecline”. With your newfound enthusiasm for sabotage, grab a spray can and get to work. Paste art over ads wherever you see them. Consider socially responsible messages.

Cheating is the least of your worries. He is a creepy stalker! Holy crap! Taking sneaky photos down her shirt and under the desk where she sits. Photoshopping images to look like he's with her. HE IS SCARY OBSESSED! Get back into his laptop and send copies of everything to yourself. Then leave for good. Tell him you have copies of everything. Rell him that he needs to quit and get away from her or you will tell the boss. Hell, I'd tell anyway! Then, he needs some serious therapy bc he is f\*cked up. Wtf if he hurts her?
..
Leave the relationship immediately. You do not need to put up with this it’s extremely inappropriate and clearly not a one time thing or lapse of judgement. Also the fact that he admitted she was more attractive is insanely rude to say to your face. The folder of photos is very creepy and disrespectful to you and you shouldn’t tolerate it.

Um, he said he did it to “keep himself in control” with his growing attraction to her….Does that mean keep himself from forcing himself on her?

>I asked him. He never elaborated. Just repeated that it's to keep himself in control. That was the impression I got too, though I shared this with my friend who was there and she thinks he's just trying to play holier than thou, like " I'm making a sacrifice to keep myself under control" kind of deal.
*Another User replies:*
He's full of shit. He was indulging his fantasies with all of it. And he and his friends were fantasizing about RAPE scenarios with someone barely more than half their age. Truly disgusting

R\*pe and degradations/humiliation. And lots of it. It's one of the reasons I just mentally checked out from him I suppose.

**Update** \- November 14, 2023 (5 days after Original Post)
**Relevant Comments:**
I genuinely want another update when the dust settles and they’re in jail (or whatever) and what their wives do with this information.
I’m really impressed by you —

>Sadly though, I don't see that happening. In general, stuff like this isn't really a priority for police here. My guess is, the only reason they were here was for intimidation, considering they weren't taken in or anything. The only real thing is, they won't be able to use any experience from this job in any other job, without having their HR report and reason for WHY they were fired shared.

Reddit hating the wealthy is so fucken stupid. It has nothing to do with wealth. They promised him they wouldn’t use evidence against him and they did. The end.

Has nothing to do with wealth. Try actually reading next time.

If he weren’t wealthy it’s exceedingly unlikely he’d have a team of skilled and savvy lawyers who would continue to appeal this up to the state Supreme Court. I don’t think a poor person would get that from a court appointed public defender, no.

The Supreme Court doesn’t only hear wealthy peoples cases.
Sounds like you’re mad that public defenders aren’t very good. That’s a different argument.

But this overturn had nothing to do with money.

Cosby could afford lawyers day and night for years combing through the case for procedural blips to exploit, and to push the case up through the courts. Very few can do that, it had everything to do with money.

This was brought up during his original trial and was ignored. There is no “combing through the case”. They knew they would get it overturned

If they testified that he's a rapist or habitually commits sexual assault, that seems germane to me. His attorneys could cross-examine them, yes?
Welp. We'll see. If I were a DA, I'd retry him.

Fuck the twisted, soulless lawyers that knew that and worked to free him.

I think what you mean here is "Fuck the Constitution!"
Yes, he deserves to die in jail. But even the worst criminal can't have their constitutional rights violated by the justice system. That's a HORRIBLE precedent to set just because "he's a really evil guy". It was unjust to put him in jail for this charge for even a day, as much as he deserves it.

[Horrific. All the evidence points to him being a rapist including his own statements about drugging women to have sex with them. But legal technicalities are getting him out of jail. Seems to me we need a national reckoning on how the judicial system handles these cases and what the standards are. That's the kind of criminal justice reform I could get behind completely.](https://www.reddit.com/r/news/comments/ob16pz/bill_cosbys_sex_assault_conviction_overturned_by/h3kx5mw?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)

Essentially those statements are inadmissible. The rapist (let's be honest, he did it), only testified because he was compelled to due to the no-prosecute agreement. If not for that agreement, he wouldn't have had to give that testimony. The prosecution should never have made that initial deal. But once they did, they're bound by it. We don't want to live in a world where prosecutors can promise something which legally compels an accused to do something, then just change their mind. The potential for abuse is immeasurable.

Wealth management is a $545 billion industry that still runs on manual work. 75% of advisors offer no digital communication beyond email, and most still build financial plans by hand in Excel. Savvy is reinventing what it looks like to be a financial advisor. Founder Ritik Malhotra saw the fragmentation firsthand after seeking out his own advisor, and started Savvy to give independent advisors a modern, AI-native home.
Savvy is a registered investment advisor (RIA), and we partner with experienced financial advisors who want to grow without running the back office themselves. Advisors bring their book and join Savvy, running under their own brand (or ours), and Savvy earns a percentage of the assets they manage. In return, they get a true business-in-a-box: a proprietary tech platform and client portal, an in-house marketing team that helps them grow, a world-class investment management team, and a dedicated client services team that runs day-to-day operations and support. Advisors at Savvy service up to 50% more households and save 19 hours a week.

https://www.ask-oracle.com/birthday/1952/01/02/Herbert Malena Gintis (February 11, 1940 – January 5, 2023) was an American economist, behavioral scientist , and educator known for his theoretical contributions to sociobiology , especially altruism , cooperation , epistemic game theory , gene-culture coevolution , efficiency wages , strong reciprocity , and human capital theory. Throughout his career, he worked extensively with economist Samuel Bowles . Their landmark book, Schooling in Capitalist America , had multiple editions in five languages since it was first published in 1976. Their book, A Cooperative Species: Human Reciprocity and its Evolution was published by Princeton University Press in 2011.
Early life and education
Gintis was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania , where his father had a retail furniture business. He grew up there and later in Bala Cynwyd (just outside Philadelphia). Gintis completed his undergraduate degree at the University of Pennsylvania in three years, one of which was spent at the University of Paris , and received his B.A. in mathematics in 1961. He then enrolled at Harvard University for post-graduate work in mathematics. After receiving his M.A. in 1962, he grew disillusioned with the subject area, and although still registered at Harvard, became a sandal maker with a shop in Harvard Square . During that time, he became very active in the student movements of the 1960s, including the Students for a Democratic Society and grew increasingly interested in Marxism and economics. In 1963, he switched his PhD program at Harvard from mathematics to economics, completing his PhD in 1969 with his dissertation, Alienation and power: towards a radical welfare economics .

Royalty Traits
The only starting class with SL 1
Royalty's greatest trait compared to the other starting classes is its low Soul Level. By starting out at Soul Level 1, the ability to customize this class is greater than others. It may not be as high as other classes like Magician, but this class can quickly be adjusted to match the same stats, making it a versatile starting class.
Able to use long-range attacks from the start
Another specialty of Royalty is the ability to use long-range attacks from the start with the spell Soul Arrow. The Magician can also use magic from the start, but Royalty also comes with the Fragrant Ring, which slowly recovers MP over time. With this ring equipped, as long as time passes, you will be able to use your magic without having to replenish it with any items.
